Druridge Bay

Surf Spot

Description

Seven miles of sand and dunes with room for everyone. Gentle gradients and a wide, open bay make Druridge one of the better places in the county to learn, and on a decent swell the banks along its length throw up peaks for more experienced surfers too. Cresswell, at the southern end, is worth a look if the country park end isn't working.
